Indoor Cycling (15 points)
Maybe you’ve worked really hard this past season, and taken your riding to a new level, and don’t want to lose all your hard work. Or maybe your season didn’t go as well as you would have liked and are looking to step up your off-season training this year. Check out our winter schedule of Indoor Cycling Classes below. With morning, midday, evening and weekend classes, you’re sure to find the ones that fit into your busy schedule so you can have a standing appointment with your bike a few times a week. You’ll be amazed at the results of our personalized, power-based Indoor Cycling Classes.
This not a “spin class.” You get to ride your own bicycle, which we connect to one of our CompuTrainers. We identify your personal power output, and develop a progressive program designed to increase your power, so you emerge in the spring a better cyclist. Workouts are based on your individual threshold power, so you can train in a group setting and still get a highly effective and individualized workout. Of course, the more you participate, the more improvement you’ll have.
Our weekend classes are longer than our weekday classes, but still only 15 points each on your Power Pass. Saturday’s 75-minute class begins at 8 a.m., and we are again offering our Endurance Indoor Cycling Class on Sunday mornings from 8 to 11 a.m. You may do any part–or all–of this class, which provides you with a great endurance workout on a simulated course.
With morning, daytime, evening and weekend classes, we offer flexibility to fit your busy schedule. Join us for one of our power-based indoor cycling classes to see why you need to make this a consistent part of your winter program. Sign up online or by calling us at 541.977.1321. Classes are 55 minutes long, and are valued at 15 Points on your Power Pass. First time? An introductory class is only $10!
