Join us for our new Circuit Power 45 class! This intermediate-to-advanced workout provides both strength and aerobic training. This 45-minute class includes a dynamic warmup followed by an intense nine-station circuit designed to safely work the entire body. This is a high-intensity class that will increase power and strength.
